Summary
Action Staffing LTD is looking for passionate and dedicated Nursery Practitioners and Early Years Educators to join our growing team. We have multiple positions available ranging from 16 to 40 hours per week, with both Full-Time and Part-Time roles to suit your schedule.
As a Nursery Practitioner, you will play a vital role in providing a safe, supportive, and stimulating environment for children. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality care and learning experiences in line with the EYFS framework.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver engaging, play-based activities to support early development.
Act as a Key Person, maintaining accurate observations and learning journals.
Ensure the highest standards of Safeguarding and child protection are met at all times.
Build strong, professional relationships with parents and carers.
Work collaboratively within the Early Years team to maintain a gold-standard setting.

Qualification: Must hold a Full and Relevant Level 3 Childcare Qualification (CACHE, NVQ, or equivalent).
Experience: Previous experience working within a Private Day Nursery or Early Years setting.
Knowledge: Strong understanding of the EYFS Statutory Framework.
Compliance: An Enhanced DBS check is required (or willingness to obtain one).
Skills: Excellent communication, reliability, and a genuine love for early childhood education.
