Summary
We’re a welcoming, community-focused pub looking for an experienced Full-Time Bar Supervisor to join our team.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a friendly local environment and is looking for 30 hours per week. Evening/weekend availability is essential.
Shifts:
Monday: 12pm - 6pm
Tuesday: OFF
Wednesday: 12pm - 6pm
Thursday: 12pm - 6pm
Friday: 5pm - 11pm
Saturday: 5pm - 11pm
Sunday: OFF
About the Role
As Bar Supervisor, you will:
Lead shifts
Deliver excellent customer service
Ensure smooth bar operations
Handle cashing up and basic reporting
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and compliance
Step up to resolve customer queries confidently and professionally
What We’re Looking For
Previous bar experience (supervisory experience preferred)
Reliable, organised, and proactive
Strong customer service skills
Must be 18+
