Summary
We are currently seeking a professional and organised Office Administrator / Receptionist to join our busy and growing law firm on either a part-time or full-time basis.
This is a key front-facing role within the firm, providing administrative, reception, and general office management support to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the office.
Key Responsibilities
Managing the front desk and acting as the first point of contact for clients.
Handling incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
Scheduling appointments, meetings, and managing diaries
Providing general administrative support to solicitors and legal staff
Assisting with file management, document preparation, and scanning/filing
Liaising with clients, courts, and third parties where required
Requirements
Previous office experience is essential (experience in a legal environment is preferred but not required)
Excellent written and spoken English
Strong organisational and time management skills
Confident and professional telephone manner
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
