Our client, a reputable Main Dealership in Luton, is looking to recruit a professional to lead their busy Aftersales Department. This is a crucial role that offers the opportunity to oversee operations, develop teams, and enhance customer satisfaction in a modern, supportive environment.

Duties:
- Lead, coach, and develop the Aftersales team to deliver exceptional customer service
- Manage the daily operations of the service and aftersales departments, ensuring efficiency and profitability
- Monitor workshop loading, utilisation, and operational performance as the Aftersales Manager
- Maintain high standards of quality and customer care
- Build and sustain strong relationships with manufacturer representatives
- Ensure all processes and procedures comply with industry standards and regulations
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an Aftersales Management or Service Management role within the motor trade
- Strong leadership and team management skills essential for an Aftersales Manager position
- Customer-focused mindset with a dedication to outstanding service delivery
