Summary
What skills and experience we're looking for
Due to our expanding provision, the governors are looking to appoint a level 3 qualified early years practitioner in the nursery school at Plym Bridge Nursery School to join our inclusion support team and provide 1:1 support for children with additional needs.
Experience of working with early years children is essential and a level three early years qualification.Successful candidates will have the ability to form positive relationships with young children and their families quickly and experience of working with young children with additional needs is also desirable. We are looking for a member of staff who works well as part of a team and is clear about how to support and develop children with additional needs’ wellbeing and progress under the guidance of the nursery school SENCO.
Safeguarding is a very important aspect of Plym Bridge Nursery School & Day Care. All applicants will be expected to have a fully enhanced DBS check and disclose any issues which may be relevant to them working in a nursery.
