The Role
We are seeking a highly organised and detailoriented individual for the role of Early Help Advisor Multi Agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH), to provide a crucial role within the Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH). You will be working in a fast-paced environment, and be responsible for taking calls from both professionals within the partnership and members of the public, gathering information, creating support plans and signposting to ensure that the right support is provided to the children, young people and families of Tameside. You will have excellent IT skills, and maintain accurate recording on our electronic systems.

You will also:
- Be passionate about ensuring children, young people and their families receive the support they need at the right time, delivered by the right people.
- Have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle sensitive information.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills with attention to detail.
- Be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Have a working knowledge of safeguarding principles and relevant legislation (Children Act, Working Together to Safeguard Children).
- Be IT literate with experience using case management systems and Microsoft Office
