Permanent Lunchtime Supervisor (SMSA)
5 hours per week [term time only]
Salary Scale point 2 £3,362 per annum (FTE £28,220)
Do you enjoy working with children? Do you have some time to spare in the middle of the day? If so, this might be the job for you… We are looking for the right person to join our team of lunchtime supervisors who: • enjoys working with children; • gets on well with children; • has a calm manner; • is able to gain children’s respect; • communicates well; • is proactive and can make decisions; • has a flexible approach and can cope with the unexpected; • is confident in supporting children in developing positive friendships; • enjoys supporting children playing. The role includes: • supervising, caring for and supporting children in the lunch hall and in the playground • preparing the hall for lunch and cleaning up during and after lunch
The hours are from 12:15 - 1:15 each day, Monday - Friday.Your pay is averaged out over 12 months so that you receive pay through the school holiday periods.
