- Monday–Thursday: 07:30 – 16:30
- Friday: 08:00 – 13:00
Overtime Available
- x1.5: Monday–Saturday
- x2: Sundays
About the RoleWe’re looking for a hands-on Electrical Assembler to join a friendly and supportive team in Droitwich. This is a great opportunity if you enjoy practical work, using your hands, and building electrical equipment to a high standard.
Whether you already have experience or are looking to build on your skills, you’ll be supported as you learn and grow in the role.
What You’ll Be Doing- Assembling electrical control panels using drawings and guidance
- Wiring and fitting a variety of electrical components
- Preparing and connecting cables (full training can be provided where needed)
- Using hand tools and workshop equipment
- Carrying out basic checks to make sure everything is working correctly
- Keeping your work area clean, safe, and organised
What We’re Looking For- Some experience in electrical assembly or a similar hands-on role is helpful, but not essential
- Ability to follow instructions or read basic technical drawings
- Comfortable using tools or willing to learn
- A positive attitude and good attention to detail
- Someone who works well both independently and as part of a team
