Are you passionate about supporting children with SEND within a mainstream primary SEN hub? We're looking for a dedicated SEND Teaching Assistant to work in a specialist provision attached to a mainstream school-supporting pupils who require additional, tailored support while remaining part of a wider school community.

What you'll be doing:
- Supporting pupils within the SEN hub with a range of needs ( autism, ADHD, SEMH)
- Delivering structured interventions and supporting personalised learning plans
- Using strategies such as visual timetables, Now and Next, and sensory regulation
- Assisting pupils to integrate into mainstream classroom activities where appropriate
- Supporting behaviour positively and promoting emotional regulation
- Providing personal care where required, with dignity and respect

What we're looking for:
- Experience supporting children with SEND, ideally in a school or specialist provision
- A calm, patient, and resilient approach
- Confidence working in a structured, nurturing environment
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- A good understanding of inclusive practice within mainstream settings

Requirements:
- Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
- Previous SEND experience desirable
- Comfortable supporting personal care needs

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
