Summary
About the Role
SAP Care Services are looking for 3 compassionate and reliable Support Workers to join our supported living homes in Tonbridge.
You will be supporting individuals with a range of needs including autism, Down syndrome, and learning disabilities, helping them to live independently within shared homes.
This is a hands-on, rewarding role - perfect for someone who genuinely enjoys making a difference in people’s lives.
What You’ll Be Doing
Supporting residents with day-to-day living tasks within their homes
Assisting with meal preparation and household activities
Encouraging independence and building life skills
Taking residents out for activities, appointments, and social outings
Providing emotional support and companionship
Maintaining accurate care records and following care plans
What We’re Looking For
A caring, patient, and compassionate nature
Good communication and teamwork skills
Reliable and flexible approach to shifts (including some evenings/weekends)
Previous care experience is beneficial but not essential (full training provided)
