Used Car Sales Executive – Prestige Independent Dealership
Loxwood Area
£20,000 Basic | £65,000–£70,000 OTE | 5-Day Week
Are you a driven and experienced automotive sales professional looking to take the next step in your career? We are proud to be recruiting on behalf of a highly regarded independent prestige car dealership in the Loxwood area, now looking to expand their team with the addition of a Used Car Sales Executive.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established business with an excellent reputation, high-quality stock, and — importantly — realistic and rewarding earning potential.
The Opportunity

The Role
• Engaging with customers both in person and digitally
• Guiding buyers through the full sales journey
• Building lasting customer relationships
• Delivering an exceptional, personalised buying experience
• Consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets
About You
• Minimum 2 years’ motor trade sales experience required
• Experience within an independent dealership environment is advantageous
• Full UK driving licence (maximum 6 points)
• Well-presented, professional, and customer-focused
• Motivated, target-driven, and eager to succeed
What’s On Offer
• £20,000 basic salary
• £65,000–£70,000 realistic on-target earnings
• Company vehicle (after 3-month probation)

• On-site parking
• 20 days holiday + bank holidays
Working Hours
• 5-day working week
• Monday to Friday: 9:00am – 6:00pm
• Saturday: 9:00am – 6:00pm
• Sunday: 10:00am – 5:00pm
