Summary
About the Role:
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Print Finisher to join our production team in Stafford. This role is an important part of our manufacturing process, ensuring all printed products are finished to a high standard before being dispatched to customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Operating finishing equipment such as guillotines, laminators, and creasing machines
Cutting, trimming, and assembling printed materials to specification
Quality checking finished products to ensure they meet company standards
Packing and preparing orders for dispatch
Maintaining a clean and organised work area
Working closely with the production team to meet deadlines and production targets
Carrying out routine maintenance and safe operation of finishing machinery
Skills & Experience:
Previous experience in a print finishing or print production environment preferred but not essential as training will be given
Good attention to detail and quality control
Ability to work efficiently to deadlines
Reliable with a strong work ethic
Good team player with a positive attitude
Able to work on your own or part of a team
