Summary
We are seeking a Property & Tenant Support Officer who will play a key role in looking after our tenants, supporting their needs, and ensuring our properties remain well‑maintained. This is a hands‑on role that requires excellent communication skills, a calm and respectful approach, and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities
• Attend to tenant concerns and queries in a timely and professional manner
• Carry out property visits and inspections (pre‑arranged with tenants)
• Manage check‑outs for short‑term rental guests
• Clean properties to a high standard after guest departures
• Replenish essential stock and ensure properties are guest‑ready
• Report any maintenance or repair issues promptly
• Support the wider team with general property management tasks
• Travel to properties within a 25‑mile radius of Hartlepool

Requirements
• Must have your own reliable transport
• Willingness to travel up to 25 miles from Hartlepool
• Strong communication skills with an approachable, calm, and respectful manner
• Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
• High attention to detail, especially regarding cleanliness and presentation
• Trustworthy, responsible, and committed to delivering excellent service
