Summary
Job title: Personal Assistant (PA)
Reporting to: The Employer
Location: Chester, CH3
Job purpose:
To assist with a variety of tasks which will assist the employer who needs care and support to live their personal and social life according to their wishes and interests.
About the employer:
Our client is a 43-year-old male living in Chester, who is looking to recruit a Personal Assistant to provide support for 11 hours per week with administration support, domestic support around the home and support to access the local community & activities.
Main duties:
Social duties:
Keep in touch and socialise with family and friends
Support accessing the local community
Support going on day trips
Support to go out on walks to enhance our client’s mobility
Domestic duties: Support with administration tasks such as reading and locating files & folders and help to organise these.
Support to batch cook and freeze food so our client has healthier food readily available.
These duties may vary from day-to-day.

Skills, qualifications, and experience
Essential:
Full UK driving licence
Own car and appropriate insurance
Previous experience of working with individuals with sight loss
Good organisational skills
Good at building relationships
Good communicator
A good listener
Successful applicants will require DBS checks & Employment References.
