Days - Food Production Operative
Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour ( increasing to £12.71 from 1st April 2026
Shift Pattern: Permanent Days, Monday to Thursday, 6:00am to 6:00pm
We are looking for reliable Food Production Operatives to join our day shift team in a busy food manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Working on a production line to prepare and pack food products.
- Following strict hygiene, health, and safety standards.
- Operating basic machinery and equipment.
- Ensuring products meet quality specifications.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in food production or manufacturing is preferred, but not essential.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good attention to detail.
- Reliability and commitment to day shift work.
- Must be able to lift products weighing up to 25kg.
