Mid and South Essex Trust are looking to recruit Theatre Practitioners across all of our hospital sites and specialties.

We are looking for enthusiastic Registered Nurses/ODPs with sound clinical knowledge with Anaesthetic Skills to develop in your role.

This really is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and move your career forward in a best learning and supportive environment.

Our Theatre Practitioners work towards providing high quality patient care within the perioperative setting. We welcome both experience and non-experience staff to join our supportive team. Training can also be provided to support newly registered operating department practitioners looking for a new career direction.

Therefore, experience of team work, team values and safe patient care is very important to this role.

For our successful candidates, we will aid you in the development of your career, and in order to enable this we have a dedicated Practice Development Team to support you. The Trust also provides many other In-house learning opportunities to support your developmental needs.

Your role will assess, plan, implement and evaluate holistic, high quality and individualised care which respects patient personal dignity and beliefs, ensure all patients receive a high standard of care in line with evidence-based practice and maintain a safe working environment for patients, visitors and staff.
