Summary
As Chef, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality, well-presented food across our clubhouse and driving range, creating a welcoming dining experience that reflects our vision.
Working Hours
Monday & Friday 8am - 11am | Saturday & Sunday 8am - 4pm

Key Responsibilities
Preparing and cooking fresh, high-quality dishes
Assisting in menu development with an emphasis on seasonal and locally sourced ingredients
Maintaining high standards of food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness
Managing stock, ordering, and minimising waste
Working closely with management to support busy service periods
Upholding the highest levels of personal hygiene and food safety at all times.
Requirements
Previous experience as a Chef or strong kitchen experience
Passion for fresh food and consistent quality
A strong commitment to cleanliness, personal hygiene and safe food handling
Good knowledge of food hygiene and health & safety standard
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Flexible, reliable, and motivated by being part of a growing business
