Summary
The Senior Family Help Worker role within the Integrated Front Door involves making informed decisions about how best to meet identified unmet needs, offering advice and guidance, and strengthening working relationships with colleagues and partner agencies through effective collaboration. The successful candidate will play a key role in the development of Integrated Children’s Services, working closely with a range of professionals to support children and young people within their communities and champion the use of evidence‑based practice.

What we're looking for?
A professional qualification in youth work (JNC Recognised) or Social Work
Diploma/ Qualification in Careers Guidance or Level 4 in Guidance
Diploma or equivalent level 4 qualification in relevant subject for working with children, young people and families
Two years post-qualification experience
Knowledge/ understanding of child development, and how Family Help systems, as well as the sorts of interventions that are most impactful
Collaborative, committed and motivated, you’re a leader who enjoys working with a diverse range of people
