As a Mortgage Advisor, your responsibilities will include…
• Provide professional mortgage and protection advice tailored to clients’ needs
• Guide clients through the mortgage and protection application process
• Conduct detailed fact-finds to assess clients’ financial circumstances and objectives
• Maintain excellent client relationships and deliver high levels of service
• Build and grow your client base and referral network.
• Ensure all advice and documentation meets FCA compliance standards
We are looking for a Mortgage Advisor with the following skills and experience…
• A minimum of 12 months’ experience working as a Mortgage Advisor
• CAS (Competent Adviser Status)
• Solid knowledge of mortgage and protection products
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong work ethic and motivation to succeed
• Client-focused professional with excellent customer service skills
In return, the successful Mortgage Advisor will receive an OTE of £80,000 - £100,000, plus the following benefits…
