Job Title: Conveyancing Fee Earner (Multiple Roles)
Location: Various offices across Norfolk (hybrid working available)
Employment Type: Full-time / Part-time opportunities available

About the Role
My client is seeking experienced and motivated Conveyancing Fee Earners to join our growing residential property teams across multiple locations in Norfolk. These roles offer the opportunity to manage your own caseload within a supportive and collaborative environment, with strong administrative and technical support.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to post-completion, including:
Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
Remortgages
Transfers of equity
New build transactions
Provide clear, practical legal advice to clients
Maintain regular communication with clients, agents, lenders, and other solicitors
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal procedures
Meet individual billing and performance targets
Maintain accurate and up-to-date file records using case management systems
Requirements
Proven experience handling a residential conveyancing caseload independently
Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive, or experienced Paralegal considered
Strong technical knowledge of conveyancing processes and property law
Excellent client care and communication skills
Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines
High level of attention to detail and organisational skills
Desirable Skills
Experience with high-volume caseloads
Familiarity with case management systems (e.g., LEAP, Proclaim, or similar)
Previous experience working in a multi-office or regional firm
