Summary
Advinia Healthcare, is recruiting for an Interim Comissioning Manager to support the Registered Home Manager at Elderlsie Care Home in Paisley in the opening of new units on site on a minimum 6 month contract.
Elderslie Care Home is a large home looking at elderly care and dementia where you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of care is provided to Residents by developing and leading a caring and motivated team.
Essential skills:
- Experience managing a similar sized home - Preferable
- Passionate about Dementia care.
- Experience in providing and reviewing care assessments and plans in accordance to CI requirements
- Experience in recruiting, developing and managing a team
- Experience of managing and working towards budgets
- Capable of increasing occupancy and marketing the home as a brand
- Excellent communication skills-confident working with local authorities and building new contacts
