Summary
H2O Logistics Ltd is recruiting Delivery Drivers to join our growing delivery team. This role offers flexible working days, weekly pay, and the opportunity to work independently.
No previous delivery experience is required. If you have a valid driving licence and a reliable attitude, full onboarding and support are provided.
Pay Rates
Standard Route (approx. 9 hours)
£178.55 per day (£214.26 inc. VAT)
Fuel reimbursed
Large Route (approx. 9 hours)
£194.80 per day (£233.76 inc. VAT)
Fuel reimbursed
Onboarding (1-day induction + 2 ride-along days)
£137.70 per day (£165.24 inc. VAT)

Your Responsibilities
Collect pre-sorted parcels from the local depot
Load your vehicle and follow a planned delivery route
Deliver parcels to customers safely and professionally
Complete your route without returning to the depot at the end of the day
Requirements
Valid UK or EU driving licence
Ability to drive a short wheelbase van (minimum 5m³)
Good communication and time-management skills
Smartphone with GPS/navigation capability
How to Get Started
Complete the online application and screening process
Submit required documentation
Complete a background (DBS) check (usually within 24–72 hours)
Attend an information session and ride-along training
Begin working as a delivery driver with H2O Logistics Ltd
