Shift Pattern: Monday–Sunday, 06:00–18:00
About the Role:
Turners (Soham) Ltd is seeking a reliable and motivated Blast Operative to join our busy Warehouse team at our Newmarket depot. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, maintains high standards of work, and brings a strong “can do” attitude to the team.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate counterbalance trucks safely and efficiently in line with licence requirements and company procedures.
Load and unload Blast Freezer units.
Work as part of the wider warehouse team, including within frozen storage areas reaching -18°C.
Carry out manual handling of stock. Spacing and de-spacing of blast stock.
Accurately complete paperwork in compliance with regulations.
Always maintain full compliance with company and safety standards.
Ideal Candidate:
Able to work consistently to a high standard without constant supervision.
Strong numeracy skills.
Hardworking, self-motivated, and dependable.
Holds a valid Counterbalance and/or Reach Truck licence with relevant experience.
