Summary
Mobile SMART Repairer required to cover Bristol and Cardiff.
We are recruiting for an experienced Mobile SMART Repairer on behalf of a rapidly expanding Mobile Vehicle SMART Repair business. The successful professional will be responsible for delivering high-quality cosmetic repairs across the Bristol to Cardiff region. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive and organised automotive professional seeking a position with excellent earning potential and career development prospects. As a Mobile SMART Repairer, you will play a vital responsibility in maintaining our clients' reputation for outstanding customer service.
Benefits:
- Up to £45,000 starting annual salary, dependent on experience
- Performance-related bonus scheme with potential earnings of £12,000+ per year
- Fully equipped, state-of-the-art company van and fuel allowance
- 28 days holiday including Bank Holidays

- Working hours: 8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday, with optional Saturday overtime available
Duties:
- Carrying out minor cosmetic repairs as a Mobile SMART Repairer, including bumper scuffs, alloy wheel chips, and scratches.
- Visiting dealerships and retail customers within the Bristol to Cardiff region
- Ensuring high standards of first-time fix to achieve excellent customer satisfaction
- Utilising quality products and tools to complete repairs efficiently and to a high standard
- Managing your schedule effectively to cover the designated regions
- Returning vehicles in excellent condition, ready for customer delivery
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Mobile SMART Repairer, or relevant accident repair skills such as vehicle re-spraying.
- A full UK Driving Licence
- Strong customer service skills and professionalism; as the Mobile SMART Repairer you will be the face of the company during customer interactions.
- The ability to work independently with a proactive, organised approach
- A basic toolkit is preferred, although most tools will be supplied to support your work
- Methodical, organised, and capable of managing a busy workload
