Summary

We have an exciting opportunity for an existing colleague to take part of the British Beer and Pub Association Academy's inaugural "Pubs & Brewing Industry Graduate" Scheme, starting September 2026. This two-year rotational programme is designed for recent graduates ready to take on real responsibility, gain broad industry experience, and make an impact from day one.

What will the journey look like?
Over the two-year scheme, graduates rotate through four six-month modules, gaining hands-on experience across brewing and technical operations, finance and property, HR and people management, and commercial/customer-facing functions. Each module combines practical work with masterclasses in areas such as climate change, financial management, leadership, and negotiation, alongside networking opportunities and industry events. Graduates also complete a final company project, present to senior leaders, and spend time at the BBPA office in London, developing a broad, industry-wide perspective and real business impact.
