What You'll Be Doing:
• Designing and delivering bespoke SEND strategies school-wide
• Leading, coaching, and developing a passionate team of support staff
• Collaborating with SLT, parents, and external professionals to maximise outcomes
• Analysing and tracking data to raise achievement and drive excellence
• Ensuring compliance, preparing for Ofsted, and leading EHCP processes
