About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and qualified Sports Lecturer to join our academic team. The ideal candidate will contribute to delivering high-quality teaching in physical education and sports sciences, while also promoting student engagement in sports and fitness activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver lectures and practical sessions in Physical Education and Sports Science
- Develop lesson plans, course materials, and assessments
- Train and mentor students in various sports and fitness activities
- Organize and coordinate sports events, tournaments, and competitions
- Support student development, health, and wellness initiatives
- Participate in academic meetings, curriculum development, and institutional activities
✅ Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Physical Education, Sports Science, or related field
- NET/SET qualification preferred (as per UGC norms)
- PhD in relevant discipline (desirable)
- Prior teaching or coaching experience is an advantage
