We are currently seeking Farm Hands who are reliable and hardworking individuals to join our client's team in Staffordshire. This is a fantastic opportunity for those who enjoy working outdoors and being part of a hands-on, active role.
Important:
- Due to the location, candidates must have their own transport
- No visa sponsorships are available for this role
Duties will include:
- Working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Weeding and maintaining crops
- Harvesting produce
- Checking quality of harvested goods
Hours of Work:
- Monday to Friday
- 40+ hours per week
Pay Rate:
- £12.71 to £20.79 per hour
- Pay is dependent on pick rate and performance
