Salary: £22.84 per hour
Hours: Full & Part-time available –Nights
Exciting times at Eckington Court! We're thrilled to be expanding our team with a brand-new opportunity for a Registered Nurse to be part of our specialist mental health community. If you're passionate about delivering exceptional person led care, and making a difference to the lives of the people you support, this is a fantastic opportunity to lead a dedicated clinical team and make a real impact in the lives of residents with complex and enduring mental health needs.
What You'll Be Doing
- Developing person-centred care plans and risk assessments
- Leading the care team in delivering meaningful, empathetic support
- Promoting independence, choice, and positive engagement
- Liaising with families, external professionals, and multidisciplinary teams
- Supporting best interest decisions in line with the Mental Capacity Act
- Conducting supervisions, appraisals, and coaching care staff
- Ensuring compliance with NMC standards and Orchard policies
We’re seeking someone who is:
- Registered Nurse with current NMC registration
- Experienced in mental health care and person-centred planning
- Strong knowledge of the Mental Health Act, MCA, DoLS, and safeguarding legislation.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- A warm, empathetic, and professional approach
- Ability to coach and develop colleagues
