Role Overview
We’re looking for dedicated and compassionate Night Support Workers to join our team, providing high-quality care and support to children, young people, and adults with neurodiversity, autism, and learning disabilities. You’ll be working in residential homes, schools, and community-based settings, delivering consistent overnight support while helping individuals feel safe, supported, and empowered.
Key Responsibilities
• Deliver person-centred care overnight, including personal care and daily living support
• Monitor and support individuals during the night, including managing anxiety, sleep routines, and behaviour using approved techniques
• Promote independence and life skills, encouraging participation in education, activities, and hobbies
• Follow individual support plans and risk assessments accurately
• Work collaboratively with colleagues and other professionals to ensure the best outcomes
• Maintain accurate records, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment
Required Skills & Experience
• Experience supporting individuals with neurodiversity, autism, or learning disabilities is desirable, but full training is provided
• Flexible, reliable, and able to work overnight shifts confidently
• Patient, resilient, and committed to delivering high standards of care
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• DBS certificate or willingness to obtain one
