About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Cleaning Operative to join our team.This role is essential in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across the site, supporting both operational efficiency and a safe working environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out routine cleaning and housekeeping duties in line with cleaning schedules and standard operating procedures
- Clean meeting rooms, office spaces, manufacturing areas, and welfare facilities using appropriate equipment and cleaning materials
- Ensure all cleaning schedules are completed accurately and on time
- Remove waste daily and dispose of it according to the correct waste streams
- Maintain cleaning storage areas, ensuring they are tidy and well stocked
- Work collaboratively with team members and follow direction from supervisors and management
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper use of equipment and personal protective equipment
- Report hazards, incidents, or near misses promptly

- Use all cleaning materials and equipment safely and in accordance with instructions
- Take responsibility for personal safety and the safety of others
