• The design and launch of the University’s digital strategy campaign.
• Delivery of staff surveys, and increasing staff voice across the University.

You’ll lead the design and delivery of internal communications strategies that bring our vision and values to life, connect staff to our purpose, and provide opportunities for genuine dialogue and collaboration. With a strong grasp of communications and employee engagement best practice, you’ll advise, influence and shape how the University communicates internally at all levels.

About you

You will be an experienced strategic communicator who brings energy, insight, and strong influencing skills.
