Summary
Lead development of GGPC strategy aligned with local System transformation goals. Oversee major cross-sector transformation programmes as agreed with System partners With the GGPC Summit and Boards direction, establish annual planning cycles, with effective delivery structures in place for agreed goals. Ensure governance and monitoring systems are in place to support management of GGPCs strategic development and plan, and to provide assurance to the GGPC Board. In collaboration with System partners, ensure governance and monitoring systems are in place to support management of System transformation goals, and to provide assurance to the GGPC Board and to System oversight mechanisms. Build strong relationships with NHS partners and wider sectors. Lead business cases, governance, and programme delivery. Manage and develop transformation and strategy teams.
