Summary
Manage a clinical caseload and addressing a wide and diverse range of health needs. Conduct face to face and telephone consultations with patients. Perform Home visits as required. Provide effective management of long-term conditions. Maintain accurate and comprehensive clinical records in conjunction with practice policies, guidelines and GMC standards. Prescribe medications adhering to local and national prescribing guidelines. Process administrative task in a timely manner, including referrals and repeat prescriptions. On a rotational basis, undertake the duty doctor role. Collaborate with team members to share the practice workload evenly. Attend and contribute effectively to practice meetings. Support the training and supervision of medical students from all clinical disciplines. Review and follow practice protocols and policies consistently. Commit to continuous professional development and self-learning to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
