Summary
Elite Personnel are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of our valued client for a team of Spanish-speaking Telemarketers to join an exciting new campaign launching at the end of April.
This is a fantastic opportunity for motivated individuals who enjoy speaking with people, achieving targets, and developing a career in sales. While previous experience is beneficial, it is not essential — we are looking for confident communicators who are eager to learn and succeed.
The Role
As a Telemarketer, you will be responsible for engaging with potential customers, promoting products and services, and booking appointments.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers
• Introduce and promote products and services effectively
• Generate interest and book appointments
• Maintain accurate records using CRM systems
• Follow up on leads from marketing campaigns
• Meet daily and weekly call and appointment targets
What We’re Looking For
• Native Spanish speaker (essential)
• Strong communication skills in both Spanish and English
• Previous outbound calling, telemarketing, or sales experience is helpful but not required
• Confident, positive, and target-driven attitude
• Ability to build rapport quickly over the phone
• Basic IT skills and familiarity with CRM systems is advantageous
Pay & Benefits
• Competitive salary
• Performance-based bonus: £50 – £160 per month (based on KPIs)
