We’re looking for an experienced and forward-thinking HR Business Partner to join our award‑winning HR team to support the dynamic Health and Adult Services Directorate.

About the role
As an HR Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in driving organisational performance and enabling strategic workforce change. Your work will span: Organisation redesign and workforce planning Supporting senior leaders with effective people management Leading workforce interventions aligned to our People Strategy Providing professional challenge, insight and coaching Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement Operating with autonomy, adaptability and innovation.
This is a strategic role where your ability to influence and build strong relationships will be key. You’ll bring a strong moral compass, a customer‑centred approach, and the confidence to shape and deliver solutions that help our people thrive.
About you
We’re looking for an established HR Business Partner who can demonstrate:
A successful track record of operating at HR Business Partner level
Experience of leading and managing change
The ability to work independently in a complex environment
Strong relationship‑building and influencing skills
A proactive, solutions‑focused mindset
Flexibility, creativity and a collaborative approach across the HR Service
