Summary
Creative Services is the central hub supporting our Creative Studios and Product Management teams at UK Greetings, helping bring to market bestselling ranges our customers love.
We are seeking a dynamic Repro Operator with a background in greetings cards and Celebrations products. Knowledge of litho printing is highly advantageous, and experience with other print processes and print finishing would also be welcome.
Our Pre‑Media department operates at pace, so we require someone who brings strong attention to detail, a reliable work ethic, and the ability to perform well with competing priorities. You must be confident managing changing priorities while maintaining accuracy in a fast‑moving digital print environment.
Key responsibilities include:
Undertaking Creative Artworking functions as required.
Carrying out reprographic tasks to prepare artwork for production.
Performing colour correction to maintain production colour standards.
Completing technical checks on creative assets to ensure they meet print and production specifications.
Collaborating closely with Creative Studios and Product Management to meet business needs.
Managing multiple projects simultaneously and adapting to changing priorities.
Maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy under tight deadlines.
Ensuring efficient use of software and production processes, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and, where applicable, Esko Automation Engine.
Working proactively to resolve artwork issues and recommending process improvements.
