Summary

Teaching Personnel are seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to work within a secondary school in Portsmouth supporting pupils with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. This is a rewarding role where you will make a positive impact in the lives of young people who require help with emotional regulation, relationship building, and setting boundaries.

Previous experience working with children or young adults who struggle with emotional regulation and building relationships is essential.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
