Summary
We have an exciting opportunity to join the Digital First team and the HCT Systems Support Helpdesk. You’ll be part of a small, friendly team, working together to make sure our colleagues receive the best possible support whenever they have questions or need assistance.
In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for users of our national application systems, helping to resolve any issues they may have and making sure everything is logged correctly. You’ll play an important role in keeping patient records accurate by investigating and resolving any data discrepancies.
The role will include:
• To provide front-line support to users of national Application Systems by resolving user issues and to record enquiries on Helpdesk software.
• To investigate and analyse data discrepancies on patient records.
• To provide systems administration support for Community and Child Health national Application Systems used within Hertfordshire (currently SystmOne but further may follow)
• To assist the Training Team with the production, collation and distribution of training materials.
• Provide general administrative support to the Community Information Team including Data Quality reports.
