Do you enjoy leading a team and delivering excellent customer service?
As a Retail Supervisor with ISS UK, you will play a key role in delivering a high-quality retail service, ensuring excellent customer experience, food safety, and operational efficiency across the outlet.
You will support the day-to-day running of the retail service, leading and coaching your team to maintain high standards in food preparation, cleanliness, and service delivery.
Working in a fast-paced environment, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with food hygiene regulations, improving productivity, and creating a collaborative team culture.
The Role
Plan, organise, and oversee daily retail operations to meet performance targets
Lead, coach, and motivate team members to deliver excellent customer service
Ensure food and beverages are prepared and served in line with food safety and hygiene regulations
Create and manage staff schedules to ensure effective service delivery
Monitor standards of cleanliness, safety, and overall presentation within the retail area
Carry out key administrative duties including stock control and ordering
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health & safety regulations
Act as the responsible person in the absence of the Retail Manager

Knowledge of the retail and food industry
Good understanding of allergens and food safety standards
