Summary
1. To have lead responsible for the development, coordination and delivery of an advanced dietetic service to patients on critical care within MCHFT. 2. To formulate, deliver and monitor nutritional care plans for referred patients. This would include highly complex clinical conditions and diet therapy on critical care and supporting care across wards at Leighton Hospital 3. To be recognised as an expert source of knowledge in the field of critical care leading on development of clinical guidelines, resources and education packages. 4. To demonstrate strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills to provide leadership to the acute dietetic team at Leighton Hospital 5. To proactively support the acute dietetic service to provide high quality patient care and deliver evidence-based practice.
