Reprographics Supervisor
An opportunity to join an experienced, versatile team, delivering first class administration services to our world class Armed Forces personnel.
Position Overview
The post holder will be responsible for the successful provision and delivery of Reprographic support services to meet the needs of the customer at MOD Abbey Wood, Bristol.
Main Responsibilities
-Produce printed or electronic documents by means of digital printing or document scanning.
-Producing finished documents to the customer's specifications as instructed on the Job Sheet.
-Operate and undertake general maintenance of reprographic equipment.
-Ensure all activities are carried out in full compliance with current Health and Safety Regulations, Copy Right and the General Data Protection Regulations.
- Undertake any additional tasks as determined by the Line Manager.
-As a Subject Matter Expert for reprographics services, promote best practice, and deliver the contracted requirement to the appropriate quality standard and the agreed service levels, including the completion of internal checks and controls.
-Promote the development and optimum performance of the delivery team, taking appropriate and timely action to mitigate risk and the potential for service failure across all service areas.
-Identify and implement innovative solutions to meet the emerging demands of the business within contractual boundaries.
-Be responsible for equipment, ordering stores and waste disposal within the department.
-Ensure all activities are carried out in full compliance with current Health and Safety Regulations, the General Data Protection Regulations, and Copyright Law.
-Undertake any additional tasks as determined by the Line Manager, including leading on change to meet the emerging needs of the business.

In addition, the following is needed.
-Excellent organisational skills, with strong customer service skills and experience of working to tight deadlines.
-Administration and supervisory experience with good motivational skills and a high degree of integrity.
-A strong team player and able to use own initiative.
-Credible verbal and written communicator with the ability to develop close working relationships.
-IT literate with a good working knowledge of MS Office applications and Adobe Suite, and the ability to learn new software systems.
-Ability to manage short notice changes to requirements and deadline.
-Good standard of education.
Additional Information
MOD security clearance and DBS Standard required. To meet national security vetting requirements, you will normally need to have been resident in the UK for at least 3 years to gain a Counter Terrorist Check, 5 years for Security Clearance and 10 years for Developed Vetting prior to the date of application. All Developed Vetted posts are required to be UK Nationals.
Proof of right to work in UK is essential.
The Contract operates a 37.5 hour working week between the hours of 0730 and 1700 Mon to Fri only. The current working hours allow for an early finish on a Friday.
Required to wear approved company work wear.
