Summary
We are looking for passionate and skilled Chefs to join Spire Staffing and work in care home kitchens. You’ll be preparing nutritious meals that meet dietary needs and support the health and wellbeing of residents.
Responsibilities:
Planning and preparing meals in accordance with dietary needs
Maintaining food hygiene and safety standards
Working with care teams to tailor menus
Managing kitchen stock and ordering supplies
Keeping accurate records of food temperatures and allergens
Requirements:
Relevant experience in a catering role within care or healthcare
Food Hygiene Level 2 (minimum)
Knowledge of dietary requirements and allergens
Ability to work independently and follow kitchen procedures
Strong time management and communication skills
