Summary

As a family-run group with eight nurseries across Rotherham, Barnsley, Sheffield and North Nottinghamshire, we create warm, home-from-home environments where children aged 0–5 can explore, question and thrive.
Inspired by The Curiosity Approach, we champion child-led learning, natural resources and meaningful play experiences that spark creativity and build confident, independent learners.
Now, we’re looking for passionate Level 3 Early Years Practitioners to join our growing teams as we expand and open new nursery settings around Rotherham, Barnsley and North Nottinghamshire.

You’ll:
Bring our engaging, child-led EYFS curriculum to life
Create exciting indoor and outdoor learning environments
Observe, support and celebrate children’s development
Plan experiences tailored to individual interests and needs
Build strong, positive relationships with parents and carers
Keep safeguarding and well-being at the heart of everything
Contribute ideas, energy and enthusiasm to your team
What We’re Looking For
NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Early Years – essential
Experience in an Early Years setting
Strong understanding of EYFS and safeguarding requirements
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
A proactive, creative and child-centred mindset
Someone who genuinely loves inspiring young minds
