We work with more than 200 schools and colleges across the country, creating inspiring, tailored Careers Education, Information, Advice and Guidance packages to meet their needs.

You will work across a number of schools delivering one-to-one impartial career guidance, motivational group work, and employer encounters with young people.

We always encourage innovation.

You will have the full support of our school and colleges team. You will be able to draw on your colleagues’ wealth of experience and shared best practice when it comes to planning in-school delivery – and of course, we’d love you to share yours.

You will be experienced in building meaningful relationships with students, school leaders and employers to achieve the best outcomes for the young people you support.
