Job Advert

We are seeking a confident and organised Cover Supervisor to provide high-quality classroom supervision when teaching staff are
absent. You will be responsible for delivering pre-prepared lessons, maintaining a positive learning environment, and ensuring
that students remain engaged and on task.




This role is key in supporting continuity of learning across the school. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong
behaviour management skills, clear communication, and the ability to build positive relationships with students. Working closely
with teaching and pastoral teams, you will contribute to a calm, purposeful learning culture and support the school's wider aims
and values.
