Hours: 39 hours per week

Driving Licence: Essential

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated, reliable, and hardworking Multi‑Cleansing Operative to join our Cleaning Department. In this hands‑on role, you will play an important part in ensuring vacant properties and gardens are cleared, cleaned, and made ready for re‑let to a high standard.

You’ll be working across the borough (and occasionally wider Warwickshire), representing the company positively and professionally at all times.

What You’ll Be Doing

Clearing vacant properties and gardens, including removal of rubbish, bulky waste, sharps, and hazardous materials.
Conducting valets, deep cleans, and environmental cleans when required.
Completing work logs, reports, and basic written records (including photographs).
Using powered cleaning tools and equipment safely.
Working in line with health & safety, COSHH, and company policies.
Representing the organisation professionally when dealing with colleagues, tenants, and members of the public.

Essential qualities:

Team player with a collaborative, flexible approach
Good verbal communication skills
Great attitude, professionalism, and willingness to help others
Full, current driving licence (you’ll need to drive a company van)
Physically fit and able to undertake demanding manual tasks
Able to work independently and use your initiative



Desirable (but not essential):

Experience in general cleaning or hazardous waste handling
Knowledge of COSHH or Health & Safety
Ability to use powered cleaning tools
Knowledge of the local area
Relevant training or qualifications (or willingness to work towards them)
