Summary
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Marketing Assistant, who is a technically minded, creative individual, looking to work in a lively and close-knit team!
The role is a full-time position (covering maternity) based in our Norwich Operations Office and offers on the job training and extensive experience in the retail industry.
Your main duties will include:
Supporting and assisting various colleagues in all areas of on/offline marketing within the company.
Proactive attitude handling a range of administrative tasks.
Coordinating competitor research on regular promotional activity.
Sourcing supplies for in-store use.
Customer retention administrative support.
Email, blog, and content creation.
Use of a bespoke, in-house CRM system (training provided).
Experience and Skills Required:
Excellent communication skills.
Successful within a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Ideally have experience with Adobe Software.
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Driving License is essential.
This position is full-time, working Monday to Friday, between 7.30am and 5.00pm, 37.75 hours per week.
