Duties:
- Conduct comprehensive vehicle inspections and fault diagnostics
- Perform repairs and servicing in accordance with manufacturer standards
- Ensure all work is completed to a high-quality standard, maintaining customer satisfaction
- Complete accurate documentation for all diagnostic and repair work
- Maintain workshop health and safety standards at all times
- Assist apprenticeship and junior Vehicle Technicians as needed
- Support continuous improvement in workshop efficiency and customer service
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician within a busy automotive workshop environment
- Relevant recognised automotive qualifications; MOT Tester certification is desirable
- Strong technical knowledge of vehicle systems and diagnostics
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
- Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail
- Enthusiastic, results-driven, and customer-focused attitude
