Summary
Despatch Operatives–Immediate Starts (Temporary) We’re currently recruiting experienced Despatch Operatives to join a busy, fast-paced warehouse operation in the Ballymena area.This is a key role within the team, ensuring orders are picked, handled, and dispatched accurately and on time.Key Responsibilities:Accurate order picking of products and materialsLoading/unloading deliveries and completing associated paperworkStock control, reconciliation, and system updatesMaintaining product quality (date rotation & temperature control)Ensuring high standards of health & safety and hygieneOperating pallet trucks and FLT (where licensed)What We’re Looking For:Valid FLT licence with recent, hands-on experiencePrevious experience in a warehouse/despatch environmentStrong attention to detail and accuracyAbility to communicate effectively with internal teamsReliable, proactive, and able to work independentlyThe Role:Ongoing temporary workWeekly payFlexible shifts including days, nights, and weekendsFast-paced, team-driven environmentIf you’re dependable, experienced, and ready to step into a role where accuracy and teamwork matter — we want to hear from you.
